Guests can always earn 500 miles for any night stay at participating Summit Hotels & Resorts™, Preferred Hotels® & Resorts, Preferred Boutique™ or Sterling Hotels™ properties. 4. Guest must check into participating property with a qualified rate, within the promotion validity dates and must stay at property for a minimum of two nights to earn double miles. 5. Preferred Hotel Group reserves the right to make changes to the Frequent Flyer program at any time without notice. 6. In order to qualify for a retroactive mileage claim, your reservation must be booked via the Preferred Hotel Group Channels (brand websites, Preferred Call Centers or Travel agents using a Global Distribution System) with confirmation of ten digits starting with "108" and "109" (no exceptions). 7. Claims for reservations booked directly with the hotels should be addressed to the respective properties. 8.The following rates do not qualify: government rates, package rates, negotiated corporate rates, tour operator rates, employee rates, travel industry rates and group rates. 9. Confirm details with the hotel upon check-in. 10. Miles may not be awarded on all rates at all hotels. 11. Guests are eligible to claim miles for qualifying stays up to six months after the departure date from a participating hotel. 12.
